I am a formator by profession and worked in capcity buildling for over 32 years. I have trained university students; NGO staff on how to work in and with local communities; with conservation staff on community conservation (how to engage local communities in conservation actions); competency-based curriculum development; and building capacity of emerging professionals to design and execute conservation actions. I would love to share experiences on how to best empower the young local generation to be passionate about conservation initiatives while engaging governments to effectively invest in capacity building and in concrete conservation actions to address threats to wild fauna and flora. I would to discuss networking accross nations to make this possible. I would like to discuss wildlife exploitation for bushmeat in West and Central Africa.
